What is Navigator?

The hardest part of running GEO at scale isn't doing the work: it's deciding what to do next, for which client, this week. Navigator solves that for you.

The recommendation loop

On plans that include Navigator, you can run it from Proposals at any time, and Outrigger can also run it each morning when daily runs are enabled. For each eligible active client, the agent:

  1. Loads the current state: visibility, gaps, entity status, review velocity, off-page score, recent audits.
  2. Reads the playbook and any past tactic records (history, not proof).
  3. Picks the single highest-leverage tactic for that client right now.
  4. Drafts a tactic-specific payload: what to scan, which gap to close, which thread cluster to target.
  5. Drops it in your Proposals queue as a one-click decision.

You don't get a list of 40 things to evaluate. You get one proposal per client, ranked by priority.

What the agent can propose

The agent picks from the same tactics your team would run manually:

  • Reddit and Quora seeding (specific gap clusters)
  • Directory claiming and LinkedIn company page work
  • Wikipedia eligibility checks and stub drafting
  • Review velocity and platform-breadth campaigns
  • Press distribution and YouTube authority plays

Each proposal includes the tactic, the prepared draft and the agent's reasoning.

Why this matters for an agency

If you run 12 clients on Outrigger today, your team is making roughly 60 small "what should we do this week" decisions across them. Most of those decisions are obvious, but they still take time, context-switching, and judgment from a senior person.

Navigator gives you one decision per client per day instead of sixty per week. That's the leverage.
