A few things worth knowing.

How does billing work?

Self-serve plans are billed monthly or annually in USD and renew automatically unless cancelled. Your subscription starts immediately at checkout, and your selected plan’s limits apply. You can cancel any time in Billing settings; it takes effect at period end, with no pro-rata refunds for partial billing periods, unless required by law.

Does every plan include every tool?

The suite brings seven product areas together, but access and usage differ. The comparison shows current commercial inclusions: PR campaigns, Reviews and full business-profile checks start with Standard; action proposals start with Professional. Content is included and drafts use credits, and Video planning is coming soon. Your workspace shows the actions currently available to you.

What do monthly credits cover?

Credits fund supported metered work such as visibility checks, research and AI generation across your available tools. Different actions use different amounts. Opening a saved report or switching tools does not start paid work. Your workspace shows an estimate or quote before you confirm an action.

Are the listed quantities guaranteed deliverables?

They are usage limits. Response approvals count drafts you approve, rather than published placements or citations earned in AI answers. PR campaign allowances do not guarantee coverage or a fixed number of suitable journalists. Activities share your credits and workspace spending limit; the maximum quantity of every activity is not guaranteed together.

Why might an action be unavailable with credits remaining?

Credits work alongside plan limits, workspace spending limits and the setup needed for each tool. An action may need a connection, approval or enabled capability before it can run. Check the availability and quote shown in your workspace before starting.

What happens when I need more usage?

New metered work can pause when you reach a credit, plan or workspace spending limit. Your saved work remains available. Contact support to discuss a plan change or additional capacity; we will confirm availability, timing and any cost before making a change.

Do credits renew or roll over?

Commercial plans include a monthly credit allocation. Renewal and any rollover or additional-capacity terms should be confirmed for your subscription before purchase.

Does Outrigger publish or send everything for me?

Each tool separates preparation from execution. Content can be reviewed and exported; implementing website changes or publishing content is a separate step. Outreach and review requests require the relevant setup, permissions and approval. Video planning does not include automated video generation or publishing.
