Public benchmarks by vertical and region

Public benchmarks provide historical context for specific signals in a business category and market. They are not live customer rankings or a prediction of an audit result.

What the benchmark pages show

The public index lists available vertical and region buckets with sufficient data. Detail pages show p25, median, p75, and p90 across seven raw signals from the V1 study of 1,004 businesses. Read the sample count and methodology alongside a distribution.

The pages can be read without an account. Link a customer to the relevant published bucket and explain the study's scope and limitations.

Compare the same measurement

Compare a measured raw signal with that same signal in the published distribution. Do not compare a current audit composite or a different measurement method with a raw-signal percentile. A historical percentile is not a current competitive rank.

When sharing a benchmark:

  1. Identify the published signal, bucket, study period, and sample size.
  2. Explain how your customer's measurement was collected and whether it is comparable.
  3. Distinguish observed context from proposed work and future goals.

Do not promise a future p90 position or invent competitor measurements to strengthen a pitch.

Current product surface

Use the public benchmark pages as the comparison surface. An in-dashboard client comparison and benchmark ranks in monthly reports are not currently available. Do not promise either until it ships.
