Days 22–42: build authority

Use these weeks to review relevant discussion contributions, earned-media outreach, and customer feedback. Verify publication and indexing separately. This schedule does not predict retrieval, coverage, or visibility gains.

Week 4 (days 22–28): Press lands, Citations compound

Days 22–24: Press follow-ups

Follow up on the three pitches from Day 18. One follow-up email at Day 22, a final Day 24 if no response. Move on if still silent: pitch three new journalists.

If a piece is committed: provide assets fast, hit the publication's deadline, never miss a quote request.

Day 25: citation batch (20 threads)

By now your queue is full and you've calibrated. Push to 60 cumulative placed citations. Mix platforms: heavy Reddit isn't enough; Quora and any relevant Facebook Groups carry weight too.

Day 26: Wikipedia eligibility check

Open Entity → Wikipedia. The platform will tell you whether the brand is currently eligible (notability test: independent press coverage, sustained mentions, no conflict-of-interest issues).

If eligible: draft the stub now. Don't post it yet: that's a Week 5 task.

If not yet eligible: note what's missing. Usually it's "more press coverage." Adjust the press strategy.

Days 27–28: monitor scan & diagnose

Run a full monitor scan. Compare to Day 21. Two outcomes:

  • SoM moved up: your citations are landing in AI training data. Keep going.
  • SoM flat: diagnose. Are the citations getting traction (upvotes, comments)? Are they on threads that AI models actually cite? If not, change targets.

Week 5 (days 29–35): Wikipedia, Reviews, more Press

Days 29–30: post the Wikipedia stub (if eligible)

If you drafted a stub Day 26 and the brand is eligible, post it now. Use a non-conflicted account. Cite only independent sources.

Wikipedia can be a strong entity reference when a brand is independently notable and the article meets Wikipedia's standards. Treat eligibility as a research task, never as a promised score lift or a shortcut to coverage.

Day 31: review campaign push

Look at review velocity. If you're under 10 new reviews in the last 30 days, push another campaign. Volume + velocity matter more than raw rating.

Days 32–34: second Press wave

Three more pitches, three different journalists, slightly different angle. By now you've learned which angles get replies: lean into those.

Day 35: citation batch (15 threads)

Push to 75 cumulative.

Week 6 (days 36–42): Navigator soft launch

Days 36–38: turn on Navigator

By Day 36 there's enough state in the account for Navigator to make good proposals. Open /dashboard/proposals. The agent will have run for the last week or two: review what it would have proposed and approve the strong ones.

You're still doing citation and press work manually. The agent is just adding a daily "have you considered X?" layer on top.

Day 39: run monitor scan #3

Compare to Day 28. If you've done Week 4–5 right, you should see real movement: 5–15 points on the composite, more on SoM specifically.

Days 40–42: tighten whichever pillar is lagging

Look at the pillar scores. The lagging one this week becomes next week's focus.

  • Citations lagging: you're picking weak threads. Be more selective.
  • AI Presence lagging: citations aren't sticky enough. Add Quora, add longer-form expert responses.
  • Entities lagging: there are still inconsistencies. Re-run the directory audit, fix the next five.
  • Reviews lagging: push another campaign.
  • Press lagging: pivot the angle. The current one isn't landing.
